Optimum Resources Management is a multi-disciplinary
consortium of experts in various fields of technical
development. It was established in 1999 to complement the
development efforts of government, development partners, donors
and private concerns through the provision of technical capacity
building, research and training, projects management- monitoring &
evaluation, community led development, and educational
advancement projects through application of ICT and e-solutions. In
the last 10 years, Optimum Resources has been able to implement
broad-based technical/Community Development projects across the
six geo-political zones of the country. These projects include;
Scholarships, bursary and educational grants administration,
Capacity building, Manpower Development, Community
diagnosis/engagement, youth and women Empowerment, Cottage
Industry Development, Environmental Protection Schemes, Project
Monitoring & Impact Assessments including SIA, EIA, ESHIA etc.
